Yoga in Mallorca – Equitara

Yoga classes in Palma de Mallorca and across the island: private on-location sessions and group classes. A fluid, conscious practice weaving breath, movement and presence to reconnect with your body.

A yoga practice adapted to you

I teach Vinyasa Yoga from the breath: fluid sequences where each posture links to the next, without hurry, listening to what the body asks in the moment. We work strength, flexibility and mobility, but also the subtler layers: attention, inner silence and nervous-system regulation through pranayama.

Private yoga classes in Mallorca (on location)

One-to-one or small-group sessions at your villa, hotel, retreat or boat. Ideal for residents and visitors who want a personalised practice in the intimacy of their own space. I travel across the island: Palma, Bendinat, Portals, Andratx, Deià, Sóller, Pollença and surrounding areas.

Group yoga classes in Palma

Regular group classes in Palma in curated spaces with small groups, so each person gets attention. Ideal if you want a steady, shared practice within a community.

Yoga for retreats, events and hotels

I design tailor-made yoga classes and programmes for retreats, wellness weeks, festival healing areas and private experiences. Each proposal adapts to the group, the space and the purpose of the event.

Frequently asked questions

Do you teach yoga on location across Mallorca?

Yes. I travel across the whole island — Palma, Calvià, Andratx, Deià, Sóller, Pollença and beyond — to villas, hotels, retreats and boats.

What style of yoga do you teach?

Vinyasa Yoga: a dynamic practice linking breath and movement. I also weave in pranayama (conscious breathing) and moments of meditation.

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. I adapt every session to the level and body of each person. If you've never done yoga, we begin with the essentials: breathing, alignment and foundational postures.

Which languages do you teach in?

Spanish and English.
