From my hometown of Madrid to Mallorca. My first doorway to yoga was my mother, and ever since I have felt like one more traveller on this path, grateful to share the inspiration I have found along the way. Ashtanga captured my heart in India, and back home the practice deepened over years in Madrid alongside a beloved mentor.
The body as teacher
Later, a fall from a horse opened a period of recovery that kept me in bed and asked me to learn to walk again. That process — also accompanied by water and swimming — awakened the wish to understand the body from within and led me to study osteopathy.
Today: an integrative approach
I accompany wellbeing through different styles of yoga, breathwork, osteopathy and naturopathy. My approach weaves movement, osteopathic techniques and natural tools into a close, personalised companionship that respects each person's rhythm and moment.
The simple, the everyday
I am inspired by slowing down, honouring natural and circadian rhythms, caring for food and leaning on medicinal plants. I trust the body's capacity to heal itself when offered rest, listening and the right tools.
Other languages
Beyond the mat and the table, I learn from other languages of the body: horses, water, calisthenics and martial arts have taught me much about presence, limits and trust. I feel my path as a simple bridge between body, mind and nature, and I love translating what I learn into something practical and everyday.
