Equitara — a path of care
Breath·YogaOsteopathy·Naturopathy
Balance between body, mind and nature.
— a space to come back to yourself
Care that listens to the body and walks with change.
Equitara was born from the wish to bring together complementary disciplines: the conscious movement of yoga, breath that is remembered, the hands-on care of osteopathy, and the wisdom of nature. All with one purpose: to help you balance the mind to rediscover what already lives inside you.

«The body remembers what the mind forgets. Listening to it is the first gesture of care.»

Testimonials
What the people I've guided have to say.

“Tara teaches every class with passion and love. She invites us to experiment and play with yoga. It's a joy to attend her classes and be part of the community she has built. I always leave feeling stronger, not just physically but mentally too. Thank you, Tara.”

“Tara is a wonderful yoga teacher who has hooked me on her classes. You always leave feeling better: you work and truly feel the different parts of your body and mind. She creates community and family, something that makes you want to come back, feel like one more, like family. Highly recommended.”

“You can tell how experienced Tara is and how much she loves what she teaches. She encourages you to try new things in a way that feels safe and never pushes you past your limits. She has helped me progress so much and inspires me even outside of class in my own yoga practice. Tara is pure light, and I couldn't ask for a better teacher.”

“Tara's classes are dynamic and very enjoyable. The asanas flow naturally, letting each practitioner connect with their own center. There's a perfect balance between active energy and introspection. I recommend her classes for all levels. Personally they've helped me relieve the pain from my martial arts practice and, on a mental and spiritual level, to find inner calm and balance.”
