How we work

We start with a full anamnesis: health history, digestion, sleep, cycle, energy, stress and current diet. From there we build a realistic plan — not a rigid diet — with nutrition cues, herbal medicine (medicinal plants) and habit shifts that fit your daily life.

Heavy digestion, bloating and gut imbalances. Fatigue and low energy. Hormonal shifts and cycle irregularities. Sustained stress, mild anxiety, difficulty resting. Dull skin, inflammatory patterns. Support through life transitions (postpartum, season changes, grief).

Follow-up

Consultations are online by video call, so we can work together from anywhere. After the first session I suggest weekly or fortnightly follow-ups to adjust the plan and sustain the process.

Does naturopathy replace a doctor?

No. It's complementary support centred on nutrition, medicinal plants and habits. It never replaces a medical diagnosis or treatment.

What is the first consultation like?

A 60–75 minute video call where I gather your history and we look together at what's going on. Over the following days you receive a written plan.

Do I need previous lab work?

Not required — but if you have recent lab results or medical reports, sharing them helps me understand your situation better.
