Integrative session

A 120-minute session combining conscious breathing, hands-on work with osteopathic techniques, tissue releases and a craniosacral approach, plus naturopathic guidance. Designed for anyone seeking global support at a key moment in life, attending to body, emotion and energy in a unified way.

A whole-body proposal

We integrate what I already share separately: pranayama to open the breath and regulate the nervous system, osteopathy and massage to release tension and restore mobility, craniosacral techniques to calm the deeper layers of the body, and naturopathic guidance that supports the process beyond the session. All in one encounter, following what you need that day.

What it can help with

Life transitions, sustained stress or a sense of being stuck. Aches or stiffness that cannot be explained only by the physical. Emotional processes asking to be heard through the body. Functional recovery, postpartum or after an intense period. Any stage where you feel you need a broad perspective and real support.

What a session looks like

120 minutes long. We start with deep listening and conscious breathing to arrive in the body and to what is alive in you. From there, naturopathic guidance gives initial clarity and a route. Then comes the integrative hands-on work (osteopathic, fascial and craniosacral) to release what the body is letting go of, leaving you in a state of deep relaxation. You take home exercises, postures and a clearer naturopathy route.
